Family Fest is this Sunday! Come and enjoy carnival games, face painting, crafts, a pumpkin patch, yummy food, 50/50 and a photo booth just to name a few things! This is sure to be a fun event for the whole family! It’s FREE to enter but make sure you order your game tickets and 50/50 tickets in advance for a discounted bundle here

Pre-ordered tickets can be picked up at the check in desk during the event.

We are excited to announce that registration for this year’s basketball season is now open! This year, for the very first time, we are welcoming Faith Formation and Parish families to join our teams. To ensure that SRLA students receive first priority, we strongly encourage you to register your child this week during the exclusive school registration window. Don’t delay—sign up today to secure your spot and be part of another great season!

Team Overview

St. Rose will be offering teams based on player sign ups for Grades 3-8 for both Boys & Girls

Registration - Must be completed no later than 10/14/25

• Please click here - St. Rose Basketball is again using Doodlio for registration.  All new families need to create a new account. Existing families please log into the account you created last year. All forms must be completed in order to participate.
• Registration fees: $200 per child. Please click here to pay your registration fee (Payment is due by October 17, 2024 )
• Please make sure you have the appropriate St. Rose Health & Physical Forms on file with the nurse
• We will be introducing new Uniforms this season. Registrants please stay tuned for upcoming information regarding uniforms.
• Practices will begin in November to get ready for our Thanksgiving tournament.  The regular season will start in December and run through March

Coaches - Volunteers

We are also in need of adults who are interested in Coaching or volunteering during the Basketball Season. You must complete the Protecting God’s Children Class as well as other forms.  Please reach out to Rosemary Mattson if you are able to pitch in.

Annual Trunk or Treat

Trunk set-up: 9:30am

Trunk or Treat 10:45am – 11:45am

Please sign up here to participate in Trunk or Treat! The more cars, the better! Trunk or Treat will begin at 10:45, cars can start decorating at 9:30am.

What is a Trunk-or-Treat?

It's when Academy families get together in 

the church parking lot, park their cars, open up the trunks of their cars, 

and children come around to each car to Trunk-or-Treat!!! 

To really get into the spirit~ Academy parents can open their trunks to reveal 

Halloween-themed decorations. Children can walk from trunk to trunk 

to look at the decorations and receive candy and treats such as Halloween 

Stickers, Pencils, Erasers, Apple Slices, Small Oranges, Popcorn and the like!!!

REMEMBER! NO PEANUTS ALLOWED!

1. Trunk Decorating Contest: an optional activity for those who would like to decorate the trunk of their vehicle for the Trunk-or-Treat! 

 2. Any parent may participate: just let your class parent know in advance! 

3. Prizes will also be awarded for the best parent and /or pet costumes!!! (Yes, pets are invited!)

Costume Restrictions: The following Costume restrictions apply!!! 

No clowns, masks, blood, guts, gore, weapons, or inappropriate dress/costume.

NEW UNIFORM RULES

Starting this year, on days the children attend mass they must wear their proper school uniform. Please do NOT wear gym uniforms, even if you have gym that day.

Volunteering is a magical thing for our school community - we simply can't be SRLA without the help of our wonderful parents! Volunteering not only puts a smile on your child’s face, but it’s also a great way to connect to other adults in the school. So, grab a friend and help lead an event you love, or try something new!

PLEASE NOTE: Volunteering is mandatory for all St.Rose parents.
