Making SRLA Proud

Three Ravens were honored by the Archdiocese of Newark at the 2024 CYO Athletic Recognition Ceremony this past weekend at the Cathedral Basilica of the Sacred Heart in Newark.

Eighth Graders Mallie Farmer and Harcourt Lucius II received the Sportsmanship Award for displaying outstanding sportsmanship through service and actions on and off the athletic field. In addition, the Archdiocesan Adult Discipleship Award was presented to SRLA parent and basketball coach Chris Fay in appreciation and gratitude for his commitment to SRLA's students and athletics. Congratulations and well done!

We hope that you can come support our school, hang out with friends, and win some fabulous prizes! This adult-only event is a cocktail/light dinner celebration with music, a Silent Auction, Lucky Draw, Grand Raffle, 50/50 and more! Doors open at 7 pm.

Please Lend a Hand!

Many hands go into making WISH a success, including on the night of the event, and we need your help! Please sign up for a shift (or two!) to help with raffle ticket sales and more throughout the night.

We're also asking for a few volunteer students and parents for a quick and easy way to help with the WISH Grand Raffle—please sign up to sell tickets at St. Rose masses this weekend!

Two Ways to Show Your Raven Pride

Grab your dress-down bracelet!

Bracelets are $20 each and qualify you for four Friday dress-down days: May 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 31st.

Purchase your bracelet by Monday, April 29 and students can pick them up on Wednesday, May 1!

Have an 8th grader graduating this year? Or just want to show off your pride in SRLA?

Order a Raven lawn sign today! Signs are $25 each or two signs for $40. If you are ordering for a graduate, please be sure to include the name as you would like it printed on the sign.

Order by Thursday, May 2 and signs will be delivered in mid-May.

Proceeds will support year-end activities for the 8th Grade. Thank you for your continued support of SRLA and the Class of 2024!

SRLA's Red Brick Road

The SRLA Advisory Board is raising funds for new equipment for our school's playground, and you're invited to help! Leave your legacy at SRLA and help us meet our goal through the 2024 SRLA Brick Campaign!

To add your personalized brick along the school's walkway:

1.Purchase your bricks via Blackbaud with a contribution of $250 per brick.

2.Customize your bricks.

Once purchased, a Google form will be sent to gather your customization information for each brick.
Each 4x8 brick may contain up to 3 lines of 15 characters per line. Characters include capital letters, numbers, punctuation marks, and spaces.

3.Walkway reveal! Bricks will be unveiled in May once the campaign has ended.
