Raven Rundown, 6/7/24

The big day is here for the SRLA Class of 2024! And they've had a busy week counting down to tonight's graduation. The class was treated to brunch with Fr. Larry on Tuesday and honored at the Baccalaureate Mass and brunch hosted by the 7th Grade on Wednesday.

 

The sun came out just in time to shine for one of SRLA's favorite traditions on Thursday, the 8th Grade Clap Out! Fellow students, teachers, and parents lined the walkway out of school to celebrate our graduates and wish them well on their next journey. And in the evening, the class continued the party at a dinner dance with their teachers and parents.

We had a great turnout for our Grandparents and Special Friends Day! The teachers in the lower school (PreK through 4th Grade) had a great classroom activity with all of our friends and everyone had a great time! Special thanks to the teachers for all their help! We sold a bunch of bricks and everyone is looking forward to doing it again next year!

To add your personalized brick along the school's walkway, purchase your bricks via Blackbaud with a contribution of $250 per brick. You'll receive a Google form to customize your bricks—each 4x8 brick may contain up to 3 lines of 15 characters per line (characters include capital letters, numbers, punctuation marks, and spaces). It's that easy!

SRLA's summer is just one week away—still looking for a fun way to stay cool? Come join us at camp!

 

Camp is held Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 2:00pm, from June 17 through July 26.
