SRLA Celebrates Black History Month

This week, our students had the incredible opportunity to experience a dynamic assembly in honor of Black History Month, featuring Yahaya Kamate, a renowned dancer and teaching artist. A former member of the National Ballet of the Ivory Coast and current instructor at Alvin Ailey, Mr. Kamate brought the rhythms of African dance and drumming to life, sharing his culture and talent with our school. We were honored to host his engaging performance and interactive teaching.

Designer Bag Bingo is TOMORROW

Join us on Saturday, February 22nd, for a night of fun, prizes, and sweet treats at St. Rose of Lima Academy!

Location: School Gym
Time: Doors open at 6 p.m. | Bingo starts at 7 p.m.
Tickets: $40 per person (includes 12 rounds of Bingo and a dauber)

We really need more volunteers!

Contribute by bringing a dessert, selling raffle tickets, or assist with clean up. We couldn't do this without you!

Bring your own food and drinks to enjoy and share with your friends throughout the evening! Adults only.

Thanks for Supporting the 8th Grade

The 8^th grade Dress Down Day fundraiser was a huge success! Bracelets will be distributed today to all those who purchased them. The four designated dress down days are: 2/28, 3/14, 3/27 and 4/11.

Remember to wear your bracelet and dress down on those days!
