A heartfelt thank you to all the families who helped make Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week so special! From the beautiful flowers on Monday, to the delicious breakfast and lunch, the sweet treats, and the thoughtful notes and gifts—your generosity and support made our teachers and staff feel truly appreciated all week long. We’re so grateful for this amazing community!

A special thanks to our three co-chairs Cathryn, Eva and Vanessa for planning a wonderful week!

Inside (and Outside) the Classroom...

Some more exciting things have been happening for students. The First Graders had their Author Showcase last Friday. Parents joined to hear a live book reading of their recently published stories. It was a fun literary celebration for all!

Meanwhile, Third and Fourth Grade took a Field Trip to the Turtleback Zoo. Students had a blast exploring the zoo, learning about animals, and making memories together during this fun and educational field trip.

Eighth Grade also got to take part in one of the special traditions at SRLA this week. As their year comes to a close they are treated to four special lunches. This week they enjoyed their first one in the beautiful weather!
