Dear Second Grade Families,

I am so happy to say that I have been cleared to return to school on June 1!

I have missed the children so much and can't wait to get back to them! They were in my thoughts each day and I truly felt all the prayers as my healing amazed all my doctors!

I will still be on crutches for the remainder of the year but I know my 20 little helpers will be there for me. 

I am so looking forward to being back with my Saint Rose Family!

Have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend and I will see you next week!

There is still time to turn in your Grand Raffle tickets!

We have extended the deadline to this Friday, 5/20.

You can pay for tickets by credit card through our Blackbaud link (purchase tickets) or write a check to “SRLA HSA”. 

Please remember to complete a ticket stub for each ticket purchased and return all ticket stubs to the Main Office, Attention: Grand Raffle.

We are striving for 100% participation from our school families and encourage you to sell both ticket booklets. 

The winning ticket will be drawn at Wish Upon a Star this Saturday, May 21st. If the winner is not present, they will be contacted to pick up their prize at a later date. Questions? Please feel free to contact us at the below email addresses.

Dear SRLA Families,

The taping of our Spring Concert will be tomorrow from approximately 10:00-11:00 am.

All students in grades Kindergarten through eighth grade are to come to school dressed in full spring uniform, whether they have gym or not.

The concert will be available for viewing on Friday afternoon.

A separate email with a link will be sent out as well as a direct link from our homepage for your viewing pleasure!

We hope you plan on joining us this Saturday, May 21st for our BIGGEST school fundraiser, Wish Upon a Star! The annual Grand Raffle is an exciting part of WISH, and one of our most important (and easiest!) fundraisers. Your child should have already brought home two booklets of Grand Raffle tickets. We strongly encourage you to sell tickets to your family, friends, neighbors and coworkers and don’t forget to purchase a few for yourself.

Each ticket will be entered for a chance to win one of three Visa gift cards: Grand Prize $1,500, 2nd Prize $1,000 and 3rd Prize $500. We are striving for 100% participation from our school families and encourage you to sell both ticket booklets. Please return all ticket stubs to school by Wednesday, May 18^th.

Ticket holders need not be present to win! You can purchase tickets by credit card through our Blackbaud (new SMART) purchase tickets or write a check to “SRLA HSA”. Each ticket is $10, and you must send in your stubs with the name and contact information of the purchaser to be entered into the raffle. Stubs and checks should be returned to the school office in the envelope provided or marked “Attention: Grand Raffle.”

We are very excited to announce to you that the Office for Youth & Young Adult Ministry/CYO Athletics will be offering a 2022 Summer Basketball League for all of our School teams.

Participation is based on their grade during the '22-'23 School Year. Students must be returning to St. Rose for the '22-'23 school year.

We will be offering the following teams for students : (no current 8th graders are eligible)

3/4 Boys - 3/4 Girls - Current 2nd and 3rd Graders

5/6 Boys - 5/6 Girls - Current 4th and 5th Graders

7/8 Boys - 7/8 Girls - Current 6th and 7th Graders

General Logistics

- The Season will run from June 13 - July 29

- No Playoffs/Championships

- 10 game season

- Games will be played Monday - Thursday Evening

- Games will start at the following times - 6:30 PM, 7:30 PM, 8:30 PM

If you are interested in your child/children participating in the Summer League please be sure to complete the Summer Basketball Interest Survey https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeu_tDZrLdh_EiDQn5QKnuvd0FrKtoWIIL9ZDvIeqOI3jZ2pg/viewform no later than the end of the day on Thursday May 19, 2022.
