Good Morning,
I am Stephanie Macaluso, Principal of Paramus Catholic High School who has a sixth-grade grandson at Holy Trinity in Westfield. Last night Holy Trinity and St. Rose of Lima played a basketball game. It was a great game. As I was leaving, I overheard one of the referees state to the other: " That game should have been recorded to show student athletes how to behave with good sportsmanship". They were very good. Your student athletes were very good, coaches were great also. We are doing something right!! God Bless Catholic schools!
Have a good day!
Dr. Stephanie Macaluso, Ed.D.

Dear SRLA Families,
Clarification:
A Mask Check is a basket of masks, all sizes and styles for our students who choose to wear masks as well as volunteers, workmen and vendors entering our school.
Please excuse the confusion.
Best,
Principal Underwood
Dear SRLA Families,
As we transition from our mandated mask wearing to optional mask wearing on Monday, March 7th. I would like to make you aware of our enhanced protocols given that the safety of all of our students and staff remain our top priority. Some of our highlighted areas include:
Cleaning Protocol
SRLA will continue to provide deeper, more frequent cleaning and disinfecting throughout the building, a practice that has served us well over the last two years.
Key efforts:
Classroom Spaces
Our aim is to use classroom spaces in a way that conforms with the applicable guidelines.
Moving Throughout the School
Air Purification
Our goal is to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission by supplying the cleanest and highest quality air possible throughout each and every classroom and public area by using HEPA air purifiers throughout
Key Efforts:
Lunch
Lunch will be served in the cafeteria in four shifts. Four additional tables have been added so that students may be seated in every other seat which allows every student to be socially distanced while eating their lunch. Once the weather turns warmer, we may once again utilize the 16 picnic tables on our grounds.
Remember, our priorities are Safety, Presence and Student growth. I ask that you please refer to the school website for the complete Return-To-School Plan accessible directly from our homepage. https://www.srlacademy.org/
